Baliwag Water District Aguas App or simply the BWD Aguas App is a mobile application developed by MIS Division of Baliwag Water District that can be downloaded in to your mobile phone.
This app was released in celebration of BWD's 30th anniversary on July 1, 2019.
This will give our concessionaires the portability of customer service.
